Becoming an Australian Citizen

Australian Permanent Residents must pass the citizenship test in order to become Australian citizens. The test consists of 20 multiple choice questions about Australia’s values, history, culture, geography, government, national symbols and emblems, and the responsibilities and privileges of being an Australian citizen.

At this point you probably know more about Australian than some of your friends, including native Australians. Now it's time to put everything in order and practice, practice, practice in order to get familiar answering questions in a computer and sit the real test with confidence. Get started is very easy. You only need to login and start taking as many tests as you want. Remember you can choose the number of questions for each test attempt. For example, let's start with 5 questions and see how it goes. Too easy? let's try with 20 or maybe 40. You have 900 questions to practice, so feel free to plug in any number you like.

Every test has a countdown of 45 minutes which is the official time given in the real test. So get yourself to answer correctly 40 questions or more during that time and you will be easily answering the official 20 questions in the real test.

Even better,  you can pause, go back and receive feedback for every test attempt. The system will automatically track your performance and identify your gaps to give you harder questions as long as your performance improve.
